Work and Earn Online with Humanatic: Now on mobile!

How many of you have been working in Humanatic? Or should I say, have you heard about Humanatic? For those who are looking for a legitimate online job, then Humanatic is a must try!

Humanatic filters business phone calls to identify the best leads. The service is powered by live human reviewers who can recognize the caller's intent, the key element in qualifying a lead. Your task is to review calls and mark them according to their respective categories. Humanatic pays every Monday with a minimum amount of $ 10 in your account through Paypal. Thus, you must have a "Verified Paypal" account.

My experience in Humanatic is quite good and they are paying on time. I have just recently gone back to reviewing calls from half a year of inactivity. I was quite busy with my work and other hobbies XD. I am quite impressed with how this online work is expanding. Now, there are more categories available and you wouldn't run out of calls to review unlike the first time I joined here.

I also discovered that you can now review calls through your mobile phone! Great, isn't it? I have been hoping for this feature to happen and now it has! It's very convenient and easy to earn money while at home. :)

If you are looking for proofs, here are my screenshots:

Tagum City goes GREEN!

Tagum City is one of the most progressive and fastest growing component city in Region XI. Known for its agricultural sector and major producer of cavendish banana, coconuts and various crops for non-commercial use. It is situated at the Northern portion of Southern Mindanao and also serves as crossroad that connects the other major cities in Mindanao like Davao City, Butuan, Mati and Surigao.

This photo was taken outside Gaisano Grand Mall in Tagum right after we took our lunch at KFC.

I intended to take a photo with my friends but I noticed the surrounding is kinda unusual. It's all GREEN! With the mall's exterior down to the side of it's pavement and even their public vehicles called "pedicab" are all green! It looks wonderful!

My 2nd Visit at Crocodile Park, Davao

This post was supposed to be done last May 2014 but I was kinda busy and failed to look after it. It was only until now that I decided to finally post it. I kinda felt sorry for the long overdue and inactivity on my blog :)
Travel to Davao Crocodile Park
It was my second time around at Davao Crocodile Park. It was my roommate who invited us to visit the Crocodile Park because she had a coupon and it's reasonably cheap!

We roamed around and took pictures with different animals. Of course, we couldn't miss our chance to have a shot with a Phyton! Yes, not just a snake but a big one at that! It wasn't my first time though. I tried it before when we were in Philippine Eagle and that one is more terrifying and bigger than this one. :)

Would you dare hold it? I just did, haha! It's scary but it worth the try. We also fed the huge bat while holding a stick, held a young crocodile with our bare hands and feeding the ostrich on our palm which is more exhilarating than the others. >.<

Davao Crocodile Park - Tribu K'Mindawan Epic Jump shot
#EpicJumpShot

I had a blast and I would love to visit Davao Crocodile Park again! If that ever happened, I would go there during weekend to watch the fire show in Tribu K'Mindanawan.

Salamat sa Handog Happiness ng Coca-Cola!

Coca-Cola Ambassadors: Joseph Marco, Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Montes and Enchong Dee
Last August 17, 2013, Coca-Cola offered HAPPINESS to all Davaweños in line with the celebration of Kadayawan Festival 2013 in Davao City. The show started at exactly 3:00 PM at the activity center in Abreeza Mall.

There were limited seats fronting the stage intended for VIPs and Guests. Those who win in the contest got the VIP seat and the other 400 seats were on "first come, first serve" basis. We arrived in the venue 3 hours earlier and lined up, trying our best luck to get at least the Guest's seat. With our confidence to get in as there were just few people lined up that time, we even managed to make friends with the couple in front of us... played games and chatting to kill time.

Celebrating Davao's Kadayawan Festival 2013

Kadayawan Festival 2013 in davao city
Kadayawan Festival is known as the King of all Festivals and is widely popular among tourists; local and international. With its 28th year of celebration, Kadayawan Festival 2013 has a theme "Ten Tribes, One Vibe" honoring the 10 tribes in Davao City namely the Ata, Matigsalug, Ovu-Manuvo, Klata-Djangan, Tagabawa, Tausog, Maguindanao, Maranao, Kagan, and Sama.

"Though diverse in cultures, traditions and beliefs, these tribes are very much connected by a common origin that binds them together as one and the same…an origin that traces to the very core of the history of Davao City." source: kadayawan.com

«Movie Review» Chinese Zodiac: Jackie Chan's Last Action Movie

Due to my reckless decision together with a friend of mine, we ended up watching Chinese Zodiac (CZ12) of Jackie Chan on its first day of showing. Reportedly, it turned out to be his last major action-adventure movie. Chinese Zodiac was written, directed, produced and starred by Jacke Chan himself.

Chinese Zodiac 2012 by Jackie Chan

Chinese Zodiac was shown here in Philippines yesterday, January 30, 2013 and fortunately, we were able to witnessed Jackie Chan's last grandest action film he has ever made. It was shot in 8 countries and 5 continents around the world! Whoah! If that is something more to be proud of.

“I want to let the audience know that this is my last big action movie. I don’t like to die on the set. I want to continue filming,” said Jackie. “Maybe on my next movie, I don’t have to roll over, jump over the building, or jump off the car. I want to try drama or be casted in a love story” source: http://bidakapamilya.blogspot.com
So to clear things up, this is not gonna be his final casting in the movie. That's right! Glad to hear that! He should maim himself away from action movies as he is really getting older. He must have some self-pity for his body. Poor rich guy☺

«Movie Review» Life of Pi: A Journey of a Lifetime

life of pi indian movie review

I saw the trailer of Life of Pi last year when I watched a movie back then. I was held captive by the excellent visual effects shown in the trailer and got quite excited when I discovered that he'll trail an audacious epic journey amidst the ocean with a — tiger? How dangerous and exciting it can be! Right there and then, I made a promise to myself that I'll definitely watch it for sure. It was supposed to be shown last year but was delayed due to some reasons I don't know. And finally, last night was the realization of that promise.

Together with my friends, we took the Last Full Show of Life of Pi in 3D. There were quite plenty of people watching the movie.

SushiDito Davao: A Taste of Japanese Cuisine

Before 2012 ended, I never thought I would get a chance to eat in a Japanese Restaurant that time. Well, I adored Japanese cuisines especially on how they presented them but didn't have any idea on how it all tasted like.

Mango Avocado Maki (Mango, Tamago, Avocado) - Php 140 for 8pcs
Due to some pressures and hassles in work, our Boss decided to treat us in the nearby restaurant to relieve us from stress and randomly picked SushiDito Davao.

SushiDito Davao (Sushi "Here" Davao) serves a variety of delightful and pleasantly made Japanese food cuisines. Their main specialties are Dragons, Makis, Nigiris, Rice Bowls, Ramen Bowls and some other Japanese recipes. The area isn't that big and there's only limited space for parking area but don't fret because you can order online through their website and they deliver right in front of your doorstep for FREE! Great, isn't it?
These were some of our orders. Had I known 8pcs would be more than enough (because they looked really small) then I should have ordered 4pcs, haha.

Adding Star Ratings in Blogger using Graddit

Many people might be wondering if adding star ratings in their blogs could be possible. Well, the answer is simply "yes". Then the next question "How?" will follow. For those HTML adept individuals, this question may be too easy to implement within a minute but, for those who don't have enough skills and knowledge, this could be certainly difficult to handle.

Blogger, unlike WordPress, is way too complicated to handle and integrate features. No plug-ins with very limited widgets yet, one of the simpliest and easy-to-manage blogging platforms. Plus, it's owned by Google.
Back to where we are, why do we need this so called "Ratings"? Well, it's not that much important but this will definitely adds flavor to your website/blog. This will also determine how your readers likely enjoy your posts.

Below are the steps to add 5-star ratings to your posts:

1. First, you need to grab the code from www.graddit.com. Choose from the different styles that will suit your taste. In the Platform Tab, choose Blogger.

Mana Davao Christmas Display 2012

Mana Davao Christmas display 2012 a beautiful and colorful christmas display in davao city
A colorful Christmas Display at Mana Davao City.
It was a bit too late to visit the place (well, it's better than not seeing it at all) since I initially planned to go there before 25th of December with my friends/co-workers. One of the reasons was that the lightings encountered short circuits and mostly, if not all, shut off. Few days later, they're back to normal and running again.

As usual, the area was crowded, noisy and full of laughter. The colorful lights around the area were so enticing, even the passersby couldn't help but to set their eyes on it. Road traffic was also a pain in the ass but good thing there were traffic enforcers taking care over the issue. We didn't waste a single minute and took pictures immediately.

After taking some pictures on the background, we went to our next target, the Mascots! Yeah, it's not just purely for display. It was made for fun too especially to the kids who would surely enjoy the mascots more than we did. There were several mascots to have pictures with like tiger, monkey, chicken, polar bear, frog (which I like the most, haha) and mouse. Unluckily for us, we didn't get the chance to take pictures with all of them 'coz they were abducted and taken away from their spectators. They said it's their "feeding time". LOL.

It was another fun escape from the usual corporate environment which will only happen every end of the year. I am glad that although the city is not as noisy as the other during December due to Davao City's Firecracker Ordinance, they still have initiative to convey to people the feeling of Christmas.

People's Park Christmas Display 2012

Again, another Christmas celebration had passed and as always, Dabaweños very own People's Park showcased its unique Christmas display this year. But not as extravagant as last year, this time seemed like the park's on a tight budget. This year's decor was nothing compared to the last few years.

Putting into consideration with the calamities and commotions that had happened recently brought by the super-typhoon Pablo, it would be too inconsiderate to be as indulgent and wasteful while our other fellow men were suffering in distress... hungry and homeless.

The Christmas tree looked simple but uniquely made through plastic bottles of soft drinks.

Nevertheless, we shouldn't lose hope as we know there's got to be a  reason why it all happened to us. God has a reason and we should believe in Him. We cannot deny the fact that despite those tragic events, we are still hoping, deep inside our hearts, to have a peaceful and merry Christmas.

The Peak, Gaisano Mall of Davao

The Peak, Gaisano Mall of Davao
I've been to The Peak, located at 3rd floor of  Gaisano Mall, for quite some time now. Since its opening, a lot of shoppers have been visiting the mall all throughout the day. No doubt because this place is so relaxing and beautiful, perfect for chitchats and dates. The breathtaking view of Davao's city lights at night added its cozy ambience. You can also satiate your craving for foods as this place offers a lot of choices from buffets to cafés or snacks.

Christmas Dinner at Picobello Italian Restaurant, Davao City

picobello italian restaurant logo
Picobello Ristorante Italiano, or commonly known as Picobello itself, is one of the most visited Italian Restaurant here in Davao City. Located at 5th floor, Gaisano South CitiMall, Ilustre St. corner Gen. Luna St, Davao City. Famous for pastas and pizzas, Italian recipe will probably be the next favorite food cuisine of the Filipinos aside from Chinese foods.

As company's celebration for Christmas, our boss decided to have a dinner party at Picobello, just a few steps away from our office, Hager Travel & Tours. The restaurant looks simple yet elegant. The cozy atmosphere and the lively serenader will entertain you during your whole stay. You can request for a song but for a reminder, they don't know all the songs you might request. They've got a friendly staffs too and that's what I liked the most.

We were a group of  9 people. Not quite many, huh, hehe and probably the most noisy one inside. I ordered vegetable and sea food salad as for the fist course.

picobello main course
I ordered the left dish, sea food salad.

picobello italian restaurant menu
Honestly, my taste buds were not accustomed to foreign dishes and merely the reason why I could hardly finish the first course. I might have been the silliest one because I just ate the sea foods with a lil' bite of veges. For the main course, I ordered boneless chicken, but it is not really boneless you know, lol. I was so full then yet I am anticipating for the dessert, hopeful that it would not be as odd as the previous orders I had.

picobello dessert gelati and strudel di mele
Looking at the menu, Gelati (scoop of ice cream) caught my eyes, but I decided I would share the dessert with my other officemate to assure we wouldn't waste another order. We both agreed to order Strudel Di Mele (warm apple strudle with vanilla ice cream). It tastes good and the vanilla is heavenly.

The place, the food and the tastes are all new to me. I may not at first totally liked the food but it doesn't mean I won't ever try it again. We never know the next time I eat them, it could be my next favorite and it's not beyond any bounds impossible to happen.

I must also mention that Picobello is famous for their pizzas. You might want to try them out!

SM City Davao: Giant Christmas Wreath Display 2011

Hey, Dabawenyos! SM City Davao's Giant Christmas Wreath Display is now open to the public at 2nd Floor Exhibit Area, SM Davao! Come and bring your family and friends together and pose for a merry, wonderful Christmas treat for this year! The mall finally unveiled its Christmas surprise last November 16, 2011 but, I only knew it yesterday! No one had informed me (frown). However, I was so lucky to see it in Facebook and right after work, I went directly to the mall with my officemate.

Let the Christmas wreath bring warmth to our hearts and remind us of the true meaning of Christmas". Source: SM Davao Facebook

The first thing that would certainly catch your eyes is the huge Christmas wreath filled with red Christmas balls and a piece of red ribbon attached on it. I was stunned when I first laid my eyes on it. It was perfectly made with the awesome colors of Christmas! I couldn't keep off my camera on it as much as I didn't want to get up from the big red couch at the center.

It feels like I'm a Princess. Can I sit here like this always?
Everything is huge. Up from its lofty Christmas tree down to its oversize gift wrapped boxes and Christmas ball ornaments. We were like miniatures in this place full of huge stuffs.

This seemingly boneless Christmas tree was being isolated among the centerpiece display at Exhibit Area. It was placed separately in the spacious area (I think it's meant for the show?) a few steps towards the wreath. Amidst the faint-lighted area, it shone brightly in red which made the passersby paused their step.
